How to Redeem:
When booking your first session, please note that you’ll be using a gift card in the intake form or appointment notes.
If the gift card was emailed to you, you may also forward that email to confirm or provide the order number so it can be applied to your account.
Gift cards may only be redeemed once and must be verified before being applied to an account.
Important Notes
Therapy is always voluntary — gift cards do not require someone to attend
Gift cards may be refunded to the original purchaser if unused.
Once services have been rendered, the value applied is non-refundable.Gift cards do not expire
The recipient must be located in Texas at the time of services
All standard cancellation and no-show policies apply once services begin.
Gift cards may not be transferred once they have been redeemed or partially used.
