Yes. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas and can only provide services to clients who are physically located in Texas at the time of each session.

LPC stands for Licensed Professional Counselor. It means I have completed a master’s degree in counseling, passed required state exams, completed supervised clinical hours, and am licensed by the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council to provide mental health counseling in Texas. In simple terms: I’m a trained, state-approved therapist who can help you work through emotional, relational, and mental health concerns.

I am a private-pay practice and do not accept insurance. However, I can provide superbills upon request if you would like to seek out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance plan.

Standard sessions are 50 minutes. Extended sessions may be available upon request depending on availability and need.

Most clients attend weekly or bi-weekly, depending on their goals and emotional needs. We’ll collaborate to find a rhythm that supports your progress without overwhelming your schedule.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged the full session fee, except in emergencies or situations approved at my discretion.

At this time, I do not offer sliding-scale rates. However, I strive to remain transparent about fees and will always work with you to determine the frequency and structure of care that fits your needs.
