What to Expect

This is a psychoeducational group focused on understanding self-esteem and confidence, and how they develop, shift, and impact daily life — emotionally, mentally, and behaviorally.

The group will be primarily guided and lecture-style, with space for brief reflection and optional discussion. I’ll walk through:

  • what self-esteem and confidence are (and what they are not)

  • how self-esteem is shaped over time through experiences, relationships, and internal narratives

  • common myths and misunderstandings about confidence

  • why confidence can fluctuate or feel fragile

  • practical tools you can use to build self-esteem in sustainable, realistic ways

This is not a therapy group.
There will be no processing of personal trauma, and sharing is always optional.

You’re welcome to listen, take notes, reflect quietly, or participate as feels comfortable.

The goal is to leave with a clearer understanding of self-esteem and confidence, along with a few supportive tools you can begin using right away.
